If your child should require emergency treatment for a fall, injury, or sudden illness, it would be wise to check with the office first. It may be that we are in the office or a nearby hospital and can see the child if we know the situation, or at least provide coordination of care if the child has to be taken to a hospital. We admit almost all of our patients to Rose Medical Center at 9th and Cherry, Children’s Hospital at I-225 and Colfax, or Sky Ridge Hospital at I-25 and Lincoln. In case of a catastrophe, for example a choking child, the Fire Rescue Squad, contacted by dialing 911, will be the most effective emergency care available.
