Appointments

Replace Me

In an effort to provide the highest level of care to our patients...

We request all appointments be scheduled in advance. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule and we may offer you an appointment with a different provider.

However, out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to reschedule your appointment.

If you miss a regularly scheduled appointment (well check, med check, eval, consult, etc.), you may be charged a missed appointment fee.

  • Sick Child Visits

If your child is ill or injured, please call before coming in to the office.  Patients who arrive without a scheduled appointment may be asked to wait or return for the next available appointment at the discretion of our medical staff.

  • Well Child Visits

Regularly scheduled “check ups” are important in the medical care of your children.  In addition to monitoring growth and development and providing vaccinations, these visits are intended to address your concerns.*They are typically scheduled as a 30 minute appointment, and are scheduled at least six to eight weeks in advance.

There are developmental questionnaires that we request you complete for your child between the ages of four months and five years.  If your children are in this age range, we politely request you arrive early for your appointment to complete the questionnaire in the office.  You may also take the questionnaires home with you and complete them before your arrival if you prefer.

We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics' (AAP) recommendations for Physical Exams for Children. To view our schedule, please click the button below:
