We are recommending ALL patients and families download this app and create an account as soon as possible in anticipation of future need (please do not wait until the need arises).

Click here to download the following SEDP SPRUCE - Care Massanger app to your android or MacOS device and create an account. Please allow time to download and set up this account prior to your first visit (we recommend minimum 1 day in advance). The site can be accessed both on mobile devices and on computers.

While telemedicine visits can be used for many things in pediatrics, we especially may use them to help provide medical care to families in times of infectious disease outbreaks such as COVID-19, measles, and influenza, when office visits may not be appropriate. We also anticipate using telemedicine visits for medication checks, emotional health or health guidance visits, and possibly to address other routine pediatric issues.

ALL visits will be scheduled through our schedulers (but will be reviewed by a physician to deem appropriateness of this type of visit). Or physicians may request that a routine phone call/question be converted to a telemedicine visit. Please be prepared for the possibility of this recommendation.

Telemedicine visits will be billed to insurance as an office visit. Colorado law now requires insurance plans to cover telemedicine visits as they would an "in office" visit, including usual deductibles and copay requirements.
